Who We Are?

The Skills for Youth Foundation is a youth-focused non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to education, practical skills training, and sustainable livelihood pathways for children and young people in the Cayman Islands.

We serve students who face financial or social barriers to after-school learning by delivering structured academic support alongside hands-on agricultural and life-skills programmes. Our approach is grounded in proven youth-development models and strengthened through partnerships with educators, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.

The Foundation exists to close opportunity gaps through skills-based education that is practical, accountable, and measurable.
